Ana María Bonilla Ramos is an Assistant Attorney at Patton, Moreno & Asvat. Her practice focuses on corporate and offshore matters, including the formation and administration of companies and other domestic and international corporate structures, the preparation of corporate documentation, and the coordination of operations and corporate compliance across different jurisdictions. She is also a member of the firm’s Brazilian Desk, where she assists Brazilian clients with interests in Panama and other international jurisdictions.

She holds a degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua. She has additional training in wealth planning and asset protection, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution, and is certified as a mediator and conciliator by Panama’s Ministry of Government.
