Ariel focuses his practice on Civil Law, Commercial Law, Arbitration and Criminal Law. With more than a decade of experience, he has represented companies in the construction, banking and financial sectors in contractual disputes, debt recovery matters and arbitration proceedings.

Prior to joining Patton, Moreno & Asvat in 2023, Ariel worked as an associate attorney at a local law firm. His professional background also includes various positions at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Panama, where he ultimately served as Executive Secretary of the First Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office. This experience has provided him with a solid understanding of investigative proceedings and the operation of the judicial system, which he applies to the development of compliance strategies and the handling of complex litigation.
