José De León has over 10 years of experience in the legal field, with a particular focus on international corporate services. As a member of the Offshore Department at Patton, Moreno & Asvat, he provides administrative support for the formation and maintenance of corporate structures across various jurisdictions, including the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Nevis, Marshall Islands, Anguilla, The Bahamas, Belize, and LLCs in Delaware and Florida.

He has extensive experience drafting key legal documents such as company incorporations, legalizations and apostilles, amendments, changes to boards of directors, share transfers, and other corporate records. During the department lead's absence, he also takes on some responsibilities of the supervisor.

From 2015 to 2017, he served as Internal Auditor for the firm’s ISO9001 Quality Management System implementation process, actively participating in the optimization of internal processes. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at an international fiduciary services group, assisting with the incorporation of BVI companies for clients in the Middle East and managing procedures in various jurisdictions, including Panama, Belize, The Bahamas, Nevis, Cayman Islands, Cyprus, and Seychelles.

José holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Quality Management from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá and is currently pursuing a Law Degree at Universidad Santa María La Antigua.
