He emphasized that if Panama wants to be a modern financial system, it must anticipate the changes.
“There is an irreversible global trend towards transparency and compliance, challenges that the country must face,” he explained.
Among these issues, he mentioned the registration of end beneficiaries of legal entities and the income statement of offshore companies.
