Raúl Vargas is an Assistant Attorney at Patton, Moreno & Asvat. His practice is primarily focused on Immigration Law, including matters related to residency and immigration proceedings in Panama. He also works on Labor and Administrative Law matters.

He holds a law degree and a Master’s degree in Maritime Sector Development, with an emphasis on ports and canals, from the University of Panama.
