Law Project on Maritime Corporations

To increase the competitiveness of the ship registry of the Republic of Panama through the modernization of the maritime legal sector, Bill No. 575, on Maritime Corporations, has been submitted to the National Assembly. This initiative was prepared by the Panama Maritime Law Association (APADEMAR), with the support of the National Bar Association (CNA). The Panama Maritime Law Association (APADEMAR) was represented by its president Ramón Franco and vice-president, our lawyer Joaquín De Obarrio.
