The National Immigration Service of Panama has established a moratorium on the residence address–change procedure, effective through December 31, 2025.

Owned property:

  • Notarized copy of the public deed

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, or telephone)

Rented property:

  • Lease agreement

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, or telephone)

No deed or lease agreement:

  • Letter of responsibility

  • Certification signed before a Justice of the Peace indicating your place of residence

  • Utility bill (electricity, water, or telephone)

At Patton, Moreno & Asvat, we assist you in keeping your information up to date and safeguarding your immigration status.
